What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day no-reason return and exchange service after delivery. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and with intact labels. Please contact us by email first to obtain the return address. For returns due to quality issues, the shipping cost is borne by us; for returns due to non-quality issues, the shipping cost is your responsibility. The refund will be returned to your original payment method upon verification of no errors. Customized products, discounted products, etc. are excluded.
Are there any products that are part of the final promotion and cannot be returned?
